Significantly reduce bandwidth utilization resulting in dramatic performance improvements with SQL Boost’s dynamic compression technology. SQL Boost can increase the performance in many bandwidth constrained situations like data movement between SQL Server applications in the cloud, real-time SQL Server replication over a WAN, and SQL Server transactions between remote locations. It enables you to extend deployments and increase productivity in underserved locations or locations not currently being served at all.

Amplify Performance between bandwidth constrained SQL Servers by up to 10x
Enable Remote Locations (and improve) ROI for cloud and remote deployments
Accelerate Transactions and deliver high speed LAN-like performance over a WAN
Strengthen Security with enterprise grade end-to-end encryption of SQL Server data
Get Started in Minutes with zero configuration - just download, install, and go

Strengthen Security
Secure your SQL transactions with an end-to-end encrypted pipeline. Strengthen the security of SQL data transmissions and protect your SQL transactions from potential attacks.

See Immediate ROI with Simple Setup
Download, install, and set up in minutes, with no configuration necessary. As a software-only solution, it’s easier and less costly to install than hardware appliance so you can immediately start to reduce bandwidth costs. SQL Boosts even monitors your bandwidth savings, enabling you to track ROI.

Dynamic TDS Compression
SQL Boost targets and encrypts the SQL Tabular Data Stream (TDS) protocol that transfers data between servers and clients. It works by dynamically monitoring the compressibility of SQL data and available system resources and tunes compression to maximize performance. It optimizes the compression across the protocol to eliminate false acknowledgments by compressing TCP/IP packets which results in dramatic improvements in throughput.

Simple Deployment and Maintenance
Since SQL Boost is a 100% software based solution it greatly simplifies deployment and maintenance and does not require a separate network appliance. This reduces architectural complexity and risk of data loss by removing a point of failure for a more reliable connection.

Performance Statistics and Counters
View and track compression statistics for SQL Boost enabled connections. The software compares actual bandwidth used versus bandwidth needed without SQL Boost so you can see the application working. These statistics are tracked over time so you can measure and report on the improvements the software is enabling. SQL Boost also provides several Performance Monitor (perfmon) counters that display key metrics such as Compressed Kilobytes Received and Received Compression Rate.
